Judith Ann Venn (b 20 June 1954) has been charged with murder in relation to the death of her husband Lance Hilton Venn. It has been alleged Judith Venn drugged Lance, cut his wrists and then took the same medication she used to drug Lance. It has further been alleged that she intended it to look like a suicide.[1][2]

Judith Ann Venn had reportedly been married to Lance Hilton Venn since 22 November 1975.[3]

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation has indicated that Judith Venn will allege that she was a victim of domestic violence over a long period of time.[4]
