| 23 March 2019 | Bruce Lehrmanleaves. Higgins is discovered alone in the office partially undressed. Later in the day the office is cleaned by the cleaning staff |
| 26 March 2019 | Higgins called in to first of two disciplinary meetings. |
| 22 February 2021 | Fourth woman claims to have had unwanted contact with the same man that Higgins alleges raped her. |
