The Week in Patriarchy is a column in The Guardian, a mainstream British newspaper that commenced on 21 January 2017. The column was originally written by Jessica Valenti.[1][2] As of February 2023 the column is written by Arwa Mahdawi and is normally published weekly as the name implies.[3][4]
