Wiki4Men offers the following recommendations to men based on recent social and legislative changes seen around the world.

Sex

• Men should not have sex with women that have consumed alcohol. Women that have consumed alcohol are increasingly regarded in law as having lost the capacity to consent. This level of consumption of alcohol required for courts to consider a woman incapable of consenting is unclear and continues to go down. The only safe option is to entirely avoid sex with women that have consumed alcohol.

• Men should not have sex with women in affirmative consent jurisdictions. Receiving consent from the woman ahead of time will not save the man because consent can be withdrawn at any time, even moments after it was recorded. Consent can be withdrawn moments after it was granted. Don't be the next Kevin Ibbs or Maouloud Baby.
