The XY Crew (formerly Regarding Men)[1] is an initiative by Paul Elam and Janice Fiamengo in which groups of men meet online or in-person to discuss a variety of topics, including issues facing the men themselves. While the facilitator may be a man or a woman participants are always men. The events are non-feminist in nature. Tom Golden was previously involved with the project but has now withdrawn.

Paul, Janice and Tom also produced a series of videos under the title Regarding Men commenting on different events or media items from around the world.

In 2022 the Southern Poverty Law Center classified XY Crew as a hate group active within the United States. This was done at the same time that A Voice for Men was removed from the list.[2][3]
