As a result of a disturbance following a delayed Spirit Airlines flight Danaysha Dixon, Keira Ferguson and Tymaya Wright have been charged with touch or strike battery. Wright has also been charged with petit theft. Authorities in Broward County Florida advise that further charges may follow.[1][2]

Spirit Airlines had this to say in response:

“Three of our team members sustained minor injuries. This violent behavior is completely unacceptable and has absolutely no place in airports or any other place of business. We will not tolerate abusive behavior of any kind.”[3][4]
