Paul Elam is the founder of the International Conference on Men's Issues and formerly the publisher of A Voice for Men, largely considered the online flagship of the Men's Human Rights Movement. Paul Elam handed the A Voice for Men over to Robert Brockway on 21 January 2022.

He is the co-author of various books including Men. Women. Relationships: Surviving the Plague of Modern Masculinity, Say Goodbye to Crazy, Red Pill Psychology: Psychology For Men in a Gynocentric World.

Paul Elam provides coaching services to men and produces educational videos through An Ear for Men.[1]
