Manel is a misandric term applied to a panel of speakers or presenters which consists entirely of men. The implication is that a panel is deficient if it does not contain a woman, because diversity. As is typical of other such terms used by feminists the merit of the speakers is ignored.

Notably in the the 2013 Monk Debate entitled Men are Obsolete both teams were comprised entirely of women.
