Lucy Letby is a nurse in the United Kingdom who is has been charged with seven counts of murder and 10 counts of attempted-murder. It is alleged that Letby murdered and attempted to murder neonates while working at the Countess of Chester Hospital.[1]

The crown alleges that between June 2015 and June 2016 she murdered five boys and two girls, and attempted to murder a further five boys and five girls, who were in her professional care at the neonatal unit of the hospital.

As of 11 October 2022 Letby is undergoing trial.
