Nicole Virzi

Nicole Virzi is a 29 year old American women residing in Pittsburgh, PA. Virzi is accused of murdering an six-week old infant boy, Leon Katz. Police allege that while in the care of Virzi, a family friend, Leon suffered multiple skull fractures that led to his death.

Virzi has been charged with homicide, aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. Virzi is being held in custody.
