Paul Elam is the founder of the International Conference on Men's Issues and formerly the publisher of A Voice for Men, largely considered the online flagship of the Men's Human Rights Movement. Paul Elam handed A Voice for Men over to Robert Brockway on 21 January 2022.

After having previously identified as an atheist, Paul Elam publicly identified as a Christian on 11 March 2022.[2][3]
