Manel is a misandric term applied to a panel of speakers or presenters which consists entirely of men. The implication is that a panel is deficient if it does not contain a woman, because diversity. As is typical of other such terms used by feminists the merit of the speakers is ignored.
Notably the 2013 Monk Debate entitled Men are Obsolete had a panel comprised entirely of women.
