Alexander Rogers was a British man and Oxford University student who took his own life at the age of 20 following unsubstantiated allegations of a sexual nature by a young woman and fellow student. The young women has been identified only as 'B'. An inquiry found that B had not intended to make a formal complaint but rather made her allegations informally to many of Mr Rogers' friends. He was subsequently ostracised by his social group before taking his own life.[1]
