Nicole Virzi is a 29 year old American women residing in Pittsburgh, PA. Virzi is accused of murdering an six-week old infant boy, Leon Katz and assulting his twin brother. Police allege that while in the care of Virzi, a family friend, Leon suffered multiple skull fractures that led to his death while his brother received scratches on his face, belly and genitals.[1]
