In March 2023 Clinton reiterated her earlier statement, now saying that women and children are the primary victims of conflict [meaning war]. In addition she claims women and children are the primary victims of climate change too.[3]
"Women and children are the primary victims of conflict and of climate change and there is no place that unfortunately, tragically, shows us that more dramatically than Ukraine today," [4][5]
