Vaishnavy Vilvanathan Laxman is a British OB/GYN whos' actions resulted in a baby boy being decapitated during delivery in March 2014. In June 2018 Laxman was cleared of any wrongdoing and permitted to return to work as an OB/GYN.[1][2]
