An Analysis of Reasons for the Disparity in Wages Between Men and Women better known as the CONSAD Report is a major analysis in to gender pay disparities in the United States. The CONSAD Report was commissioned by the US Department of Labor and found that 93-95% of gender pay disparities could be quantified and did not rely on discrimination. The other 5-7% was unquantifiable.
