Princess fell approximately nine metres but survived the fall. Princess was subsequently found by a member of the public who initially assumed she had been hit by a car. Princess was subsequently euthanised as a result of her injuries.[1][2][3][4]
CCTV footage recorded Judge throwing Princess off the roof.[5][6][7][8]
Judge admitted the offence on Facebook. Her Facebook posts were subsequently used as evidence against her.[9][10][11][12]
Harming a pet during an argument with a partner constitutes intimate partner violence although neither the courts nor the media have discussed this in this case.
Judge was convicted and imprisoned for 12 months.[13][14]
