Tina Gharavi is an Iranian-born British-American BAFTA and Sundance nominated activist, artist, director and screenwriter. Gharavi also spent time in New Zealand as a child.[1]

In 2022 Gharavi directed African Queens: Cleopatra and cast Afro-British actor Adele James as Cleopatra.
