This is a report called Women, Life, Freedom about the uprising in Iran. It lists the first 200 reported as having been killed in the protests. Most of them are men. The report notes 7% of them are women.

As of 14 November 2022 326 people had been killed including 43 children and 25 women. More children had been killed than women.[1] This discredits the idea that this is a women's protest or even women-led protest.
