The XY Crew (formerly Regarding Men) is a new initiative by Paul Elam and Janice Fiamengo in which groups of men meet online or in-person to discuss a variety of topics, including issues facing the men themselves. Regarding Men events are non-feminist in nature. Tom Golden was previously involved with the project but has now withdrawn.
"Regarding Men" is also a video series produced by those same people where they comment on different events or media items from around the world.
