The gloves are off

The irony of using a boxing metaphor on this site is not lost. The use of this terminology is not intended to suggest or support violence in any way but rather to suggest that whereas in the past many men stayed silent in the face of misandry this is increasingly unlikely to be the case. So many women now engage in casual misandry and have such negative unfounded preconceived notions about men it is necessary for men (and women who support them) to be frank and clear in their objections to these statements and to respond with factual information, even when this may be unpalatable to others.
