Chloe Armes had brief affair with David McDermott when she was 19 and he was 42. After McDermott ended the affair Armes began stalking and harassing McDermott. Armes vandalised McDermott's car and spray painted the word nonce[1] on his fence.[2]
Armes was subsequently convicted, banned from contacting McDermott, ordered to complete a two-year community order, participate in 30 rehabilitation days and attend a problem solving court.
