Marxism
Marxism is inherently authoritarian. Marx's most well known statement "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs". In a Marxist state this concept must always be enshrined in law, making the state inherently authoritarian.
Who owns an individual's labour? In a Marxist state it is the state. No matter how well they indoctrinate people human greed will show through. People will take more than they should and will hoard what they have. It follows then that redistribution will sooner or later be enshrined in law.
