Evelyn Miller is an Australian woman who was diagnosed with uterus didelphys in 2011. This condition resulted in Miller having two vaginas, two sets of ovaries and two uteri.[1][2]
It is at least theoretically possible that Miller could become pregnant twice at the same time. As such when she was pregant she continued to use a condom with her partner.[3][4]
Miller has an OnlyFans account which she describes as incredibly validating.[5][6]
