An edit-a-thon, sometimes known as a wikistorm is an organised event in which a group with a vested interest will arrange for its members to edit Wikipedia in order to push their ideology.
Feminists often claim that women are the subject of articles less than they should be.[1][2]
Feminist university professors openly offer credit for editing Wikipedia[3][4][5][6][7][8]with the sole purpose of increasing feminist ideology within Wikipedia articles, and to censor male-positive discourse and research on men.
