Critical theory

Critical theory is a philosophy that aims to break down and reshape society in accordance with certain ideological aims. Critical theory is today closely tied to feminism, post-modernism and being woke.

Components include Critical gender theory and Critical race theory is the component of critical theory focused on race and relations between different ethnic groups.
