In 1988 Clarence Moses-EL was convicted of raping a woman and sentenced for 48 years imprisonment. In 2013 a man named L.C. Jackson wrote a letter to him in which Jackson indicated that he had had sex with the same woman on the same night. Bodily fluids found in the victim matched Jackson but not Clarence Moses-EL.[1]
Clarence Moses-EL had never met any of his grandchildren until the day he was released as he not not permitted them to visit him in prison.[2]
