Andrés Argüelles Álvarez is a resident of San Diego, California. In February 2023 Mr Álvarez was acosted by four women while working as a street vendor. The women reportedly stole food from him. Mr Álvarez reported that the conduct of the women put off paying customers who no longer wished to buy from him.[1][2][3]
As of February 2023 the identity of the women is apparently unknown.
