Samantha Ray Mears
On 22 June 2018 Samantha Ray Mears broke in to the house of her ex-boyfriend while the house was empty. When he returned she threatened him with a machete and forced him to strip naked and get on the bed. She then disrobed and had sexual intercouse with him against his will while still having the machete nearby. During the attack she also bit him on the arm. Like Amber Heard, Mears also defecated on the bed.[1]
In November 2019 Mears was convicted of sexual intercourse without consent and sentenced to twenty years in a mental health facility. She was also registered as a sex offender.[2]
The term rape is not used in Montana law.
