A CAPALABA woman killed a man before she tied him with a rope and dragged him 1.6km behind a car, past a police station, to a roadside ditch, detectives will allege.

Dressed in a watch-house issue jumper, a tearful Peters looked to several supporters sitting in the public gallery as she was led into the prisoner’s dock.

Peters, of Capalaba, has allegedly claimed to investigators she was previously sexually assaulted by the Carina man before she killed him and dumped him in a ditch.

Detectives will allege she moved the body with climbing rope. His body was found on December 5 by a local couple near their driveway.

Peters, who owns a house on Russell Island and previously lived there, was charged the following day with murder and interfering with a corpse.

Court files state the robberies concerned “substantial sums of money from financial institutions”, where he was either armed or pretending to be armed with firearms.

Defence lawyer Brittany White had applied for the court to be closed due to sensitive matters, however this was rejected by Magistrate Athol Kennedy.

Roxanne Eka Peters, 32, allegedly stabbed Grant Jason Cassar, 51, before she took his lifeless body from a house in Capalaba, police allege.

Dressed in a watch-house issue jumper, a tearful Peters looked to several supporters sitting in the public gallery as she was led into the prisoner’s dock.
Peters, of Capalaba, has allegedly claimed to investigators she was previously sexually assaulted by the Carina man before she killed him and dumped him in a ditch.
