Pussy pass

The pussy pass refers to a tendency for both men and women to treat women more leniently than men. This is well established in the criminal justice system in, at least, Western nations. Sonja Starr from the University of Michigan, for example, demonstrated that gender sentencing disparities in US federal court cases were six times higher than black-white racial disparities.[1][2]
