Maouloud Baby

In 2003 a 16 year old boy identified only by his first name, Baby, was charged after a woman he was having consensual sex with withdrew consent while they were having intercourse. Both parties agree that Baby continued with intercourse for 5-10 seconds after the woman withdrew consent. Baby denied any wrong doing, was convicted of first degree rape, and was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment with the last five suspended.[1]
