Anna Carter

Anna Carter is a 45 woman who travelled from New South Wales to Queensland Australia during the Coronavirus Pandemic. She was subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine at the expense of the Government of Queensland. Carter was found to have breached quarantine twice. On the first occasion, she was given a fine in excess of $1300 after she reportedly left quarantine to try to find a bandaid. The following day she again left quarantine, this time apparently because she was not receiving fresh towels daily. Carter was arrested and held in custody following her second breach of quarantine.[1]
