Anna Carter

Anna Carter is a 45 woman who travelled from New South Wales to Queensland Australia during the Coronavirus Pandemic. She was subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine at the expense of the Government of Queensland. Carter was found to have breached quarantine twice. On the first occasion, she was given a fine in excess of $1300 after she reportedly left quarantine to try to find a bandaid. The following day she again left quarantine, this time apparently because she was not receiving fresh towels daily. Carter was find a further $2000, arrested and held in custody following her second breach of quarantine.[1][2]
