Laura Tingle
Laura Tingle is an Australian journalist and television presenter.. As of May 2024 Tingle is employed by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. On 26 May 2024 Tingle was attending the annual Sydney Writers Festival. During a presentation Tingle called Australia a "racist country". Tingle has experienced a significant backlash including from her own employer.[1]
In December 2025 Tingle claimed that the terrorist attack carried out at Bondi Beach on 14 December was not motivated by religion.[2]
