David Duvall has won a US$10M payout after being replaced in his job by two women, one black and one white. While the suit was about race it would appear that gender was a more significant factor given that one of the women that replaced him was white.
'Novant Health is one of thousands of organizations to put in place robust diversity and inclusion programs, which we believe can co-exist alongside strong non-discriminatory policies that extend to all races and genders, including white men. [1]
Diversity and inclusion programs are discriminatory by definition.
