Not all men
Not all men is a phrase commonly used by feminists and others. The phrase ackowledges that not all men are dangerous but suggests that because some men are dangerous women should be cautious around all men. In effect, they argue that since they don't know which men are dangerous they must be wary of all men.
Commentary
The fundamental problem with this argument is that it can be applied to everything and everyone. To a large degree safety is illusion. All anyone can do is try to properly assess risks and and avoid people, places and things that present unreasonable risk. Template:Risk
