As of 19 November 2016 Romania will officially celebrate the "national men's day". The law declaring 19 November as the national men's day was passed on 2 February 2016 by the Romanian parliament. Romania is the first country to officially recognize and celebrate this as a national day. National women's day is also held on 8 March^[1]
