Maouloud Baby

In 2003 a 16 year old boy Maouloud Baby was charged after a woman he was having consensual sex with withdrew consent while they were having intercourse. Both parties agree that Baby continued with intercourse for five seconds after the woman withdrew consent. Baby denied any wrong doing, was convicted of first degree rape, and was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment with the last five suspended.[1]
