Maria Olmedo Guerra

Maria Olmedo Guerra, better known as Belen Olmedo Guerra, is an American lawyer who represented Brittany Zamora.

Following the trial Guerra held a press conference in which made various comments placing the blame on the 13 year old victim, at one point calling him "aggressive"

Guerra declines to answer any questions after making her statement. As she leaves a reporter says ""Are you honestly saying Brittany was the victim?"
