Manchild and the variant Manboy are misandric and derogatory terms for a men. The terms imply that the man acts like a child.[1] These terms are usually used to shame men in to behaving against their own best interests.
Manboy is also a character in the animated children's television series PowerPuff Girls. The character of Manboy is explicitely identified in the series as a men's rights activist.
