In 2012 Candice Sortino ran on to the grounds of the T.D. Ameritrade Park in Omaha Nebraska during a College World Series baseball game. She proceeded to squeeze the buttocks of two players before she was apprehended by security. Sortino was charged with criminal trespass and was due to appear in court on July 30, 2012.[1][2] Limited evidence is available online but it appears that she was not charged in relation to grabbing men on the buttocks. Her plea and the court judgement may not be publicly available. In contast, men who grab women on the buttocks are routinely charged with sexual assault in many nations including Australia[3], the United States[4][5][6] and Germany[7]
