Androphobia

Androphobia is a morbid and irrational fear of men, a type of specific social phobia.

Androphobia should not generally be confused with misandry, the hatred, contempt for and prejudice against men, although some may use the terms interchangeably, in reference to the social, rather than pathological aspect of negative attitudes towards men.

Androphobia is analogous to gynophobia, the extreme and/or irrational fear of women.
