Feminists often claim that surgeons tighten up the vagina following birth if corrective surgery is required. They assert that doctors put in an extra stitch in order to make the vagina tighter. This alleged procedure is called the Husband stitch.[1]
There is no evidence to suggest that this practice occurs.
