St Kevins is a Catholic School in Victoria, Australia. On 21 October 2019 it was reported that up to 10 male students have been suspended for singing a song that the media reported as misogynist. The school is reportedly considering expelling some of the boys.[1]
The song that they reportedly sang had the following lyrics:
I wish that all the ladies
Were holes in the road
And if I were a dump truck
I’d fill them with my load[2]
The Australian Broadcasting Corporation went on to report that former students of the school had complained about an environment of hypermasculinity.[3]
