Assault
- Infant boys are the only members of our society who do not have a right to bodily integrity at birth.
- In Australia men are more than twice as likely to be assaulted by a stranger than women.[1]
Sexual Assault
- Up to the age of 9, boys are three times more likely to be victims of sexual assault than girls.[2]
- Before 15 and after 44 men and boys are more likely to be victims of sexual assault than women and girls.[3]
Work & Commuting
- 90% of machinery operators and drivers are male.[4]
- For people working 41hours or more per week, men have commutes that are 27% longer.[5]
