Tugun is a beach-side suburb in the City of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. In the 2021 census, Tugun had a population of 7,175 people.
It borders the state of New South Wales.
Stalking
In September 2025 a Tugun woman was charged with stalking two men. The woman met two men online, had sex with them, allegedly claimed to be pregnant, and then allegedly tried to convince them to send her money for medical expenses related to the pregnancy.[1]
