In Febaruary 2026 Anthony Albanese described Grace Tame as difficult when asked to give one word responses on various people and topics. He later claimed to have meant that she had a difficult life.[1]
Tame has rejected Albanese's apology by saying:
"What a patronising cop out from a total coward."[2]
