To establish whether someone aligns with 60s progressivism or modern progressivism ask them a simple question.
Should people be treated differently on the basis of ethnicity and biological sex (amongst other characteristics)?
If someone answers 'no' they align with 60s progressivism. If they answer 'yes', 'sometimes' or they try to evade the question or insult the questioner then they align with modern progressivism.
